On November 24, 1971 a man calling himself Dan Cooper boarded a plane from Portland to Seattle. Mid-flight he coolly handed the stewardess a note, informing her the plane was being hijacked, and demanded a $200,000 ransom and a selection of parachutes. After releasing the passengers, the plane took off again and 33 minutes later, somewhere over Washington State, at 10,000 feet, Cooper jumped. He was never seen again. With the cinematic scale and ambition of a blockbuster film, and using a gripping hybrid of drama and documentary, THE MYSTERY OF DB COOPER narrows the search down to four key suspects.
