Günther Hein Husch, secret negotiator of Germany, came to Bucharest with suitcase full of money to buy people's freedom. One such case was that of Erika and Lazar, who had to adapt to the new rules of capitalism after it was bought for 47,000 German marks. The film narrates the story of cinema hidden arrangement of the secret services of the two countries and reveals happenings experienced by the characters involved in this process.
